Epoxy mortar floor
Characteristics: wear resistance, impact resistance, good hardness; Prevent chemical solvents and acid, alkali, salt medium corrosion surface; It can make the surface anti-slip or matte effect.
Scope of application: electronic and electrical equipment and machinery plants that require good ground abrasion resistance and certain impact resistance. It can run 1-2 tons forklifts, heavy trolleys, etc. It is especially suitable for the first floor and uneven ground.
 
Construction steps:
1. Plain treatment: use the grinder to polish the original ground as a whole, and then clean and remove dust;
Ii. Primer: the prepared epoxy primer shall be scraped with a trowel on the dust-free ground;
3, mortar layer: after the bottom coating curing, resin, quartz sand in proportion to mix evenly, with a trowel scraping in the bottom coating (according to different thickness, the number of quartz sand used is different);
Iv. Middle coating: after the mortar layer is cured, smooth the adjusted resin with a trowel on the mortar layer;
Five, surface coating: to be fully cured in the coating, and then use the mill to polish the surface again, and then clean, dust, and then the good epoxy coating filter, with trowel smooth trowel in the coating.
