Epoxy anti-static floor
Features: with all the excellent performance of epoxy resin floor, can rapid discharge electrostatic charge, antistatic effect lasting, surface resistivity of 10 such 5-109 Ω, ground resistance discharge in accordance with international GB6650-86 - a standard.
Scope of application: bioengineering workshop, electronics, microelectronics workshop, clean room, electronic components production area, semiconductor workshop SMT, bunding workshop, etc.
 
Construction steps:
1. Plain treatment: firstly, the original ground is polished by the grinder as a whole, and then cleaned and dusted;
Two, the bottom coating: the deployment of good bottom coating with a trowel scraping in the dust clean ground;
Three, cloth copper net: after the bottom coating solidifies, in the ground laid horizontal and vertical 3 meters square copper net layer, and set apart grounding box;
4. Conductive mortar layer: after the copper mesh is laid out, mix the prepared conductive material and quartz sand evenly and scrape it on the copper mesh layer;
5, conductive coating: after the mortar layer curing, will be adjusted conductive coating with a trowel scraping on the mortar layer;
Vi. Conductive putty layer: after the middle coating is cured, polish it again with the grinder, and then clean and dedust it, and scrape the fine conductive putty onto the middle coating;
Seven, anti-static surface coating: after the putty layer curing, the surface coating will be adjusted with a trowel on the putty layer.
