Waterborne epoxy floor
Features: excellent anticorrosion, alkali resistance, oil resistance, curing performance by temperature, humidity less impact, good adhesion to wet ground, construction of a few millimeters thick without cracking.
Scope of application: generally applicable to the ground, especially suitable for construction in humid environment. Such as underground car park, ground floor than wet surface, wet season.
 
Construction steps:
1. Plain treatment: use the grinder to polish the original ground as a whole, and then clean and remove dust;
Ii. Primer: the prepared epoxy primer shall be scraped with a trowel on the dust-free ground;
3, mortar layer: after the bottom coating curing, resin, quartz sand in proportion to mix evenly, with a trowel scraping in the bottom coating (according to different thickness, the number of quartz sand used is different);
Iv. Middle coating: after the mortar layer is cured, smooth the adjusted resin with a trowel on the mortar layer;
Five, surface coating: to be fully cured in the middle of the process, and then use the mill to polish the surface again, and then clean, dust removal, and then the good epoxy coating filter, with the roller coated on the coating.
