Clean room construction materials and technical requirements
The General requirements for construction materials are as follows: no dust, no dust, easy to clean, smooth surface with wear resistance, good insulation performance, not easy to generate static electricity, no moisture absorption, no moisture permeability, good sound absorption, easy processing, low price.
Clean room floor
The General requirements for the ground are as follows: smooth and smooth, wear-resistant, not easy to dust, corrosion resistance (acid, alkali, medicine, etc.), anti-static, anti-skid, seamless or seamless processing, easy cleaning.
Ground type of clean room
(1) Overhead floor. Overhead floor, also known as movable floor, is a typical vertical one-way dust-free room floor. The characteristics of overhead floor are: the ground can return air, good air permeability, high cost and poor elasticity.
(2) terrazzo floor. The terrazzo floor is smooth, not easy to produce dust, good integrity, washable, anti-static, inelastic. The material of the embedded strip should depend on the characteristics of the user's products. For example, copper will pollute the phosphor of the picture tube and change its luminous characteristics, so the picture tube factory can not use copper embedded strip.
(3) Paint floor. The characteristics of coated floor are as follows: it has the advantages of terrazzo floor, wear resistance, good sealing, elasticity and complex construction. The common materials used for coating floor are epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, pigments for color matching and hardener. The cement label of cement mortar base is no less than 425.
(4) Coiled sheet floor. The characteristics of coiled sheet floor are: smooth, wear-resistant, slightly elastic, not easy to dust, easy to clean, easy to generate static electricity, easy to aging by ultraviolet radiation, simple construction. At the same time, because of the different flexibility between the sheet and the concrete base, large-scale application may be shelled. Most of the commonly used materials for coil sheet are polyvinyl chloride resin as the main plastics, polyvinyl chloride as the surface layer, inorganic filler as the inner layer.
There are several kinds of floors commonly used in clean room floor engineering:
I. Epoxy Resin Antistatic Self-leveling Flooring
Construction technology of epoxy resin anti-static self-leveling floor:
(1) Substrate treatment: grinding and cleaning the ground, requiring the base material to be dry and free from empty drum;
(2) Primer coating: conductive primer coating;
(3) Laying copper foil: laying cross-wise and vertically;
(4) Middle coating: anti-static middle coating according to the thickness of the falling ground tweezers;
(5) Surface painting: anti-static and self-flowing surface paint for the ring atmosphere of radium drawing.
Applicable place of epoxy resin anti-static self-leveling floor: It is suitable for communication equipment factory, chip dust-free factory, STM dust-free workshop, optical instrument dust-free workshop, laboratory and other clean workshop with high anti-static requirements.
II. Self-leveling Flow of Epoxy Resin
Construction technology of epoxy resin self-leveling ground flow:
(1) grinding the ground, cleaning and dust-collecting;
(2) Brushing and sealing undercoat;
(3) Scraping putty (middle coating);
(4) grinding and vacuum cleaning;
(5) Self-current plane.
The suitable places of epoxy resin self-leveling ground flow are electronic factory, electrical factory, food factory, cosmetics factory, packaging factory, textile factory, garment factory, etc.
III. Elevated Floor
Construction technology of elevated floor:
(1) Drawing lines on clean ground;
(2) Assembling of bracket crossbeams;
(3) adjusting the level of the beam and fastening the screw;
(4) Laying movable floors;
(5) Cleaning the floor surface after completion of construction.
Applicable places of elevated floor: electronic factory, semiconductor factory, photoelectric industry, electrical and mechanical room, constant temperature and constant room laboratory, 100-grade purification project, etc.
IV. PVC floor
Construction technology of PVC floor:
(1) Cleaning up the ground, removing floating and sinking, positioning and laying datum lines;
(2) Pull and pull grounding inverted grid (copper foil) and coat with conductive adhesive;
(3) Laying PVC floors and rolling PVC floors;
(4) Open 4 mm electrostatic grounding.
Applicable places of PVC floor: electronic factory, semiconductor factory, photoelectric industry, packaging products, mechanical and electrical power, automobile industry, etc.
Clean room wall
1. General requirements: The General requirements of the wall surface are: smooth surface, no dust, avoid glare, easy to clean, reduce concave and convex surface, corner is easy to use arc material or sealing material treatment.
2. Color steel sandwich composite panel wall: It is not easy to use masonry wall to plaster the wall in dust-free room, because even high-grade plastering wall, it is difficult to ensure the overall smooth and flat wall, and it is difficult to use arc material to deal with the corner of the wall. In the building decoration of dust-free room, the color steel sandwich board is widely used, which was once larger than that used in the construction of "assembled dust-free room". Now it has been widely used in the construction of wall and ceiling of dust-free room.
Clean room doors and windows
Dust-free room doors and windows are an integral part of the envelope structure. In addition to the requirement of air tightness, they also require smooth and dust-free surfaces, just like walls. The glass of double-layer glass windows should be level with the inner and outer walls respectively. When metal strips are used for single-layer glass windows, metal strips should be made into circular arcs or with a certain gradient so as to facilitate cleaning and not easy to set up window sills.
The sealing materials of doors and windows include rubber strips, silicone rubber, sealant and pressure sensitive strips on both sides.
There are two kinds of gaps in doors and windows: fixed gaps and movable gaps. Fixed cracks such as fixed window cracks are easier to handle, can use "once and for all" sealing materials; movable cracks such as door and door frame cracks can not be treated as fixed cracks, according to the material, quality, opening frequency, whether there is a threshold, whether directly connected with the outside air and so on. From the aspects of door fan, door frame, hardware material, sealing strip and its function mode, the corresponding design is made in advance.
Clean room ceiling
The ceiling requirements are basically the same as the wall surface: smooth surface, no dust, avoid glare, easy to clean, reduce concave and convex surface, corner is easy to be treated with arc material or sealing material.
Suspension roof board: The board used for wall can be used for ceiling.
Sealing seam material
The General requirements for sealing seam materials are: good sealing performance, certain elasticity, not easy to aging, easy coagulation, solidification, easy construction, a certain adhesion, non-toxic, tasteless, color appearance and decoration coordination, and the use of single component materials as far as possible. Sealants used in semiconductor factories should not affect the product yield.
Main types of sealants:
(1) Silicone rubber characteristics: rubber has a wide range of temperature adaptation, drug resistance, oil resistance, but not tolerant to caustic alkali, sometimes may mildew.
(2) Polyurethane characteristics: Polyurethane is characterized by high hardness, good elasticity, good low temperature performance, oil and ozone resistance, but poor water resistance.
(3) Rubber characteristics: rubber is characterized by elasticity, drug resistance, water resistance, oil resistance and durability.
