1. Construction of main structure
Sandwich color steel plate is usually used in the structure of clean workshop. The thickness of the civil wall can be selected as 50mm, and that without the civil wall should be selected as 100mm. Firstly, according to the drawings, lay the lines on the ground, then make a groove, and erect the wall panels on the groove. At the same time, the doors and windows of the vertical wall panels are opened. When the roof is installed again, the sandwich color steel plate with reinforcing ribs should be selected for the roof. The steel plate is not only firm in structure but also easy to construct. When the roof of the clean workshop is installed, the corner arc, the efficient air supply outlet, the return air outlet and the glue trimming are installed, and then the doors and windows are made and installed. The flatness and verticality of the main structure of the clean workshop should be checked, especially the sealing degree, including the door, window gap, water and electrical holes, and the surface should be cleaned well.
2 Installation of Ventilation Pipeline
Ventilation pipes are made of zinc-crossing sheets of different thickness according to their sizes. The ventilation pipes must be tailored, folded and shaped in strict accordance with the design specifications. It is necessary to make the inner pipe joint seam close, uniform width and no holes. The two ends of the formed air duct are fitted with corresponding flanges, which are tightly connected. Flame-retardant plastic sheets with good thermal insulation effect are affixed to the surface of the air duct. Clean and wipe the air duct so that there is no pollution and grease inside the pipeline, then wrap the two ends of the pipeline with plastic film and wait for splicing.
3 Ground Construction
There are generally two ways to clean workshop floor, epoxy self-flow floor and plastic PVC floor. The process of epoxy self-flow flat is to polish the ground, sweep, dust, brush and seal the base material, scrape putty, then polish and dust, and then make self-flow plane. The technological process of plastic PVC floor is to clean up the floor, remove the floating and sinking, lay the baseline, brush the floor glue, lay the plastic PVC floor, and roll on it to make it fully adhere to the ground. It is more convenient and faster to lay PVC floor than self-flow floor.
4 Installation of High Efficiency Filter
Before installing efficient filters in clean workshops, all workshops should be cleaned, scrubbed and dusted. The clean air conditioning system should be tested for more than 12 hours, and then all clean workshops should be cleaned and installed immediately after dust removal. Before installing the high-efficiency filters in the clean workshop, the appearance inspection should be carried out. There should be no deformation, falling off or breaking. After installing, the instrument should be used to detect and ensure that there is no leakage. When mechanical seal is used in high efficiency filters, sealing gaskets of 6-8 mm thickness should be used, positioned and pasted around the filter frame. After installation, the compression of gaskets should be uniform, and the compression rate should be 25%-50%.
