I. Construction process of dust-free room system
1. The fresh air is mixed with the return air after filtering, and enters the air-cooled air conditioner. Through the medium-effect filter, the air which meets the requirements of temperature, humidity and cleanliness is sent into the dust-free room through the end low-resistance high-efficiency filter. (1) All of the 10,000 classes are provided with air return on both sides. In the workshop, pillar position and side wall are used as technical sandwich air return duct, which is connected with air return duct to air treatment unit. The air is sent to the clean room after being treated by coarse, medium and high-grade filters and temperature and humidity.
(2) The fresh air system carries out group, intermediate and secondary filtration to ensure the low dust concentration of air, reduce the influence of external dust sources, improve the purification effect of the dust-free room, and greatly prolong the service life of the high-efficiency filter and reduce the operation and maintenance costs.

II. Construction of Dustless Room
(1) Smallpox: Clean area and living area with double-layer high-quality thermal insulation (PU) color steel plate, dust-free and bright, grey color, 50 mm thick. It meets the requirements of cleanliness and antistatic of electronic workshop.
(2) Interval: Clean area and living area are protected and spaced by double-sided color steel insulation (PU) board.

First, confirm the engineering design drawings and technical requirements before construction, and communicate with various specialties to discuss the problems that should be paid attention to in cross-operation.
