With the development of our country's economy, people's requirements for hospitals are becoming higher and higher. According to the tertiary medical system in China, large general hospitals are located at the top of the pyramid, mainly in densely populated cities, while medium and small general hospitals are the basis of the pyramid, which distributes throughout cities and towns. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of "difficult to see a doctor", it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of small and medium-sized general hospitals. As an important department of the hospital, the operation Department directly reflects the technical level of the hospital.
Clean operating room is a relatively independent medical area, which is centered around the operating room and organically combined with other auxiliary rooms (including equipment rooms). Operating room is very strict with the environment. Therefore, the selection of operation site should satisfy the following conditions as far as possible:
1. The location of the operation Department in the building plane should be a separate area or an exclusive floor, so as to prevent the interference of people flow and logistics in other departments, and to maintain the environmental quality of the operation department.
2. The Department of Surgery has close ties with some relevant departments. In order to improve the medical quality and efficiency, the Department of Surgery should maintain convenient communication with relevant departments.
3. The layout of the hospital operation department should first choose the highest level of the hospital skirt room, and under the preceding conditions, should try to set it on the lower level of the equipment layer, rather than on the lower level, in order to avoid interference.
4. It should be adjacent to the intensive care unit and recovery room.
5. The operation department should be close to the central supply room.
6. The surgical department should be adjacent to the pathological department because of the need for pathological section.
7. The operation department should be close to the central supply room.
8. The closer the surgical department is to the surgical ward, the better. This is also because the proportion of surgical patients treated by surgery is larger than that of other departments.
9. The operating department should be close to the emergency department so as to receive and rescue emergency patients at any time.
