(2) Air control work requires a clean construction site, such as building, waterproof doors, windows and roofs, and construction of ground concrete after completion.
(3) Galvanized sheet for air duct processing must be of high quality, and galvanized sheet must be cleaned, cleaned and dried with detergent before processing. (4) The production site is clean, garbage is often cleaned, gloves are not allowed to be greasy, galvanized sheets and air ducts are not allowed to drag on the ground, and shoes are not allowed to step on the clean galvanized sheet.
(5) When making flange hoisting and fan seat, cutting, rust removal, welding and air control work site are separated, and iron parts can be assembled and installed only after brushing oil and drying.
(6) After closing the small air duct, the two ends should be sealed with plastic cloth and placed in a clean site. When the small air duct is installed, it will be transported to the site and then removed. After the big air duct is cleaned again before installation, it will be installed.
(7) The support and hanger for the installation of air duct shall be carried out before the air duct is transported to the installation site for drilling and repairing the reserved holes.
(8) It is forbidden to use cotton yarn-prone fabrics for wiping air ducts and galvanized iron sheets, but stronger cotton fabrics are needed.
(9) Tools, machines, overalls and gloves should be kept clean.
