I. brief introduction and requirements of Dr room

II. Technical requirements for protective materials in Dr room

1. Radiation protection door:
① adopt steel structure frame (lead equivalent according to the design protection standard, strictly control the quality), solid steel frame combination, open and pull flexibly and easily. It is required to select the integrated aluminum alloy door frame, and the radiation protection effect meets the GB18871-2002 standard. Long term use, no deformation, no rust, no solder joints, beautiful and generous. Hinges shall be reinforced.
② the exterior surface is decorated with anti-static plastic spraying steel plate or stainless steel plate with a thickness of more than 0.85mm.
③ equipped with door interlock device and working warning light above the door.
④ the door is equipped with special ionizing radiation warning signs.
⑤ electric protective door: professional automatic door machine, equipped with infrared induction and anti pinch device to ensure low failure rate. The protective door can be opened and closed manually in case of power failure.
2. Radiation protection coating:

II. The keel frame shall be made on the original wall according to the size of the lead plate, and the lead plate shall be fixed on the wall. The joints shall be staggered to prevent radiation leakage. The lead plate used shall not have sand holes, uneven and other phenomena. The space left by keel installation of lead plate is about 2.5 times of the thickness of lead plate, which is convenient for the welding staggered position of joint to be a little thicker; finally, after the lead plate is installed, a layer of decorative wall can be installed on the surface (multiple materials can be used for beauty).
