The requirements of clean workshop are relatively high, so we must be careful in the design.
1、 Code for design of clean workshop
1. The design of the clean workshop must implement the relevant policies and guidelines, ensure good technology, economic rationality, safety and applicability, ensure quality, and meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection.
2. This specification is applicable to the design of newly built, rebuilt and expanded clean workshop, but it is not applicable to the biological clean room with bacteria as the control object. The provisions of this code on fire prevention, evacuation and fire fighting facilities are not applicable to the design of high-rise clean workshop and underground clean workshop with a building height of more than 24 meters.
3. When the original building is used for clean technical transformation, the design of clean workshop must be based on the production process requirements, take measures according to local conditions, treat differently, and make full use of the existing technical facilities.
4. The design of clean workshop should create necessary conditions for construction installation, maintenance management, testing and safe operation.
5. In addition to the implementation of this specification, the design of clean workshop shall also conform to the relevant requirements of current standards and specifications.
2、 Air cleanliness level
1. Air cleanliness shall be divided into four grades according to table 2.0.1.
Note: for the calculation of dust particles greater than or equal to 5 μ m in clean room with air cleanliness of class 100, multiple samples shall be taken. When it appears many times, it can be considered that the test value is reliable.
2. The test of clean room air cleanliness level should be based on the number of dust particles tested under dynamic conditions. The test of clean room air cleanliness shall meet the requirements of Appendix II.
3、 General design
*Location selection and general layout of clean workshop
1. The location of clean workshop shall be selected according to the following requirements and after comparison of technical and economic plans:
1、 It should be in the area with lower dust concentration and better natural environment;
2、 It should be far away from the areas with serious air pollution, vibration or noise interference, such as railways, docks, airports, traffic arteries, factories, warehouses and yards that emit a lot of dust and harmful gases. If it can not be far away from the serious air pollution source, it should be located in the windward side of Zui high frequency wind, or the windward side of Zui low frequency wind throughout the year;
3、 It shall be arranged in the area with clean environment, no or less crossing of people and goods.
2. For the location selection of clean workshop with micro vibration control requirements, the vibration impact of existing vibration sources around should be measured, and the allowable environmental vibration value of precision equipment and instruments should be analyzed and compared.
3. When there are chimneys on the windward side of Zui high frequency wind direction, the horizontal distance between the clean workshop and the chimneys should not be less than 12 times the height of the chimneys.
4. The distance between the clean workshop and the main road should not be less than 50m.
5. The circular fire lane (available traffic road) should be set around the clean workshop. If it is difficult, the fire lane can be set along the two long sides of the workshop.
6. The road surface around the clean workshop shall be made of materials with good integrity and less dust.
7. Greening shall be carried out around the clean workshop. Turfgrass can be planted, trees that have no harmful effect on the dust content of the atmosphere can be planted, and green areas can be formed. But it shall not hinder the fire fighting operation.
Section II: comprehensive coordination of process layout and design
1. The process layout shall meet the following requirements:
1、 The process layout is reasonable and compact. Only necessary process equipment and working procedures and workshops with air cleanliness level requirements are arranged in the clean room or clean area.
2、 On the premise of meeting the production process requirements, the clean room or clean area with high air cleanliness should be close to the air conditioning room, the processes and studios with the same air cleanliness level should be arranged in a centralized way, and the studios with lower air cleanliness level should be arranged near the population in the clean area.
3、 The process requiring high air cleanliness in the clean room shall be arranged on the windward side, and the process equipment prone to pollution shall be arranged near the air return outlet.
4、 The transportation route for installation and maintenance of large equipment shall be considered, and equipment installation and maintenance openings shall be reserved.
5、 A separate material population shall be set up, the material transfer route shall be Zui short, and the material must be cleaned before entering the clean area.
2. There should be few compartments in the clean workshop, but they can be separated under the following circumstances.
1、 According to the fire risk classification of production, between Class A and class B and non class A and class B adjacent production sections, or with fire separation requirements.
2、 Those who produce strong noise or emit more heat, dust and harmful gas in the production process and cannot be controlled by local measures.
3、 Production is less, and often not used at the same time between the two production workshops.
3. For the plane and space design of the clean workshop, the clean area, personnel purification, material purification and other auxiliary rooms should be arranged in different areas. At the same time, the comprehensive coordination effect of various technical facilities such as production operation, process equipment installation and maintenance, air distribution type, pipeline layout and purified air conditioning system shall be considered.
4. The plane position and vertical elevation of various pipelines must be reasonably determined in the design of clean workshop.
5. For the layout of various fixed technical facilities (such as air supply outlet, illuminator, air return outlet, various pipelines, etc.) in the clean workshop, the requirements of purified air conditioning system should be considered first.
Section 3 noise control
1. The noise level in the clean room shall meet the following requirements:
1、 During dynamic test, the noise level in clean room shall not exceed 70dba.
2、 During the air test, the noise level of the turbulent clean room should not be greater than 60 DBA; the noise level of the laminar clean room should not be greater than 65 DBA. Note:
(1) Due to the limitation of technical and economic conditions, or when the noise level is greater than 70dba and has no impact on production, the noise level can be appropriately relaxed, but it should not be greater than 75dBA;
(2) The above noise level refers to the measured value of human ear position (human leaving) at each indoor working point. For variable noise, the equivalent continuous sound pressure level of the same location in a normal working day is taken.
2. The frequency spectrum limit of the noise in the clean room shall adopt the octave band sound level; the sound pressure level value of each frequency band shall not be greater than that specified in table 3.3.2.
3. The layout of the plane and section of the clean workshop should consider the requirements of noise control, and its enclosure should have good sound insulation performance, and should make the sound insulation amount of each part close.
4. All kinds of equipment in the clean room shall be low noise products. Special sound insulation facilities (such as sound insulation room, sound insulation cover, etc.) shall be provided for equipment with radiation noise exceeding the allowable value of clean room.
