1. When transporting and storing high-efficiency filters, they should be shelved in accordance with the direction marked by the manufacturer. During transportation, it should be handled lightly to prevent severe vibration and collision, so as to avoid man-made damage.
2. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to clean, wipe and purify the air-conditioning system. If there is dust in the clean room, it should be cleaned and wiped again to meet the cleaning requirements. If the high efficiency filter is installed in the technical interlayer or ceiling, the technical interlayer or ceiling should also be cleaned and wiped comprehensively.
3. After the clean room and the purified air-conditioning system meet the cleaning requirements, the purified air-conditioning system must be put into trial operation. Continuous operation for more than 12 hours, clean and wipe the clean room again, and install high efficiency filters immediately.
4. Before installation of high-efficiency filters, the appearance inspection must be carried out by unpacking the packages at the installation site. 5. The frame for installing high efficiency filters should be flat. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the installation frame of each high efficiency filter is not more than 1 mm. And keep the arrows on the outer frame of the filter in the same direction as the airflow. When it is installed vertically, the filter paper creases should be perpendicular to the ground.
6. When sealing between high-efficiency filters and frames, such methods as gaskets, non-drying glue, negative pressure seals, liquid tank seals and double-ring seals are generally used, the packing surface, filter border surface, frame surface and liquid tank must be wiped clean. The thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8 mm, and the compression rate is 25%~30%. The joint form and material should meet the design requirements, and there should be no leakage at the joints of the frame. When Using Double-Ring seal strip, do not plug the hole in the ring cavity when sticking the seal; both double-ring seal and negative pressure seal must keep the negative pressure pipeline unblocked.
7. At present, most filters in China are installed by sealing gasket method, because the sponge rubber plate is closed-cell and has good air tightness, so it is generally used as sealing material. If necessary, it is better to apply some glass glue evenly on the sealing strip. When connecting the filter and the hydrostatic box, the force around the filter should be uniform.
