Attentions for Installation of Waste Gas Treatment Equipment in Laboratory/Clean Room
Environmental issues need to be taken into account in the renovation of various laboratories/clean rooms, so the installation of equipment is particularly important. Today we mainly talk about the installation of waste gas treatment equipment.
1. Exhaust air handling equipment should have complete equipment body, purification (adsorption) materials, accessories and other technical documents, including quality certificates, product specifications, performance testing reports, packing lists and necessary drawings, imported equipment should also have commodity inspection documents.
2. Before installing the equipment, the construction units and the parties concerned shall carry out the open-box inspection with the participation of the construction units and the relevant parties, and make a good record of the open-box and its acceptance. According to the function of the exhaust air treatment equipment or the complexity of the treatment technology, the acceptance of the equipment before leaving the factory should be carried out when necessary, and the specific content and requirements of the acceptance before leaving the factory should be stipulated in the contract.
3. The handling and hoisting of equipment shall meet the following requirements:
(1) Before the handling and hoisting of large and medium-sized equipment, safe and feasible handling and hoisting schemes should be formulated according to the size, weight, requirements of product specifications and safety production requirements of the equipment, and implemented after approval by the construction unit and project supervision.
(2) The handling and hoisting of equipment should meet the relevant requirements of the product specifications, and do a good job of relevant protection to prevent equipment damage or treatment performance degradation.
4. The foundation should be checked and accepted before the equipment is put in place, and the installation can not be completed until it is qualified. The consistency between the weight of equipment (including the weight of purifying materials) and the carrying capacity should be checked at the same time during the acceptance of foundation.
5. The installation of adsorption waste gas treatment equipment shall meet the following requirements:
The verticality of the absorber body should not be greater than 2.
(2) The surface level should not be greater than 2, which is the basis of directly placing the whole waste gas treatment equipment.
(3) The effective activity of adsorbents should be checked before loading adsorbents in accordance with the provisions of equipment technical documents.
(4) The selected main port center should be aligned with the installation datum line and foundation plane, and the allowable deviation should not be greater than 3 mm.
_Before filling the adsorbent, clean air should be purged inside the equipment to remove impurities and so on.
_After filling and installation, air tightness test should be carried out according to the design requirements. The test pressure should be + 500 Pa, and the holding time should be 30 minutes without leakage and abnormal phenomena.
6. The installation of wet waste gas treatment equipment shall meet the following requirements:
The PLUMBNESS of the washing tower and liquid tank should not be greater than 1.
(2) The surface level of the foundation of the scrubbing tower and liquid tank should not be greater than 2.
(3) When the equipment and pipeline are assembled and water is injected to the working liquid level, the air tightness test should be carried out at the working pressure+500 Pa_gas pressure for 30 minutes, and no leakage and abnormal phenomena should be found after inspection. The strength test of the liquid pipeline is carried out with the working pressure of the circulating pump. The holding time is 20 minutes. No leakage and abnormal phenomena should be found after inspection.
7. The installation of dust collectors shall meet the following requirements:
The type, performance parameters and direction of inlet and outlet nozzles should meet the design requirements.
(2) The dust collector assembled on site should be tested for air leakage, and the allowable air leakage is 3% under 1500Pa pressure.
(3) The surface level of the dust collector should not be greater than 2. The vertical degree of the dust collector shell should not be greater than 1.
(4) When the filter and dust removal device with filter elements is adopted, the installation and air tightness test shall be carried out according to the requirements of the product specifications.
The shell of bag filter, electrostatic precipitator and its auxiliary equipment should be grounded reliably.
8. Installation of runner-type waste gas treatment equipment shall meet the following requirements:
The type, performance parameters and nozzle position should meet the design requirements.
The shell of the equipment should be grounded reliably.
(3) The surface level of the equipment should be no more than 2. Verticality should not be greater than 1.
9. The installation of adsorption waste gas treatment equipment shall also meet the following requirements:
The support of adsorbent layer is reliable and convenient for loading and unloading.
(2) The packing method of adsorbent includes the height and density of adsorbent layer, which should meet the design requirements.
(3) The surface level of the adsorbent layer should not be greater than 3, and the height difference of each adsorbent layer should not be greater than 1.
10. The installation of the wet waste gas treatment device shall also meet the following requirements:
The sprinkler is installed in the correct position, fixed firmly, spraying uniformity and spraying surface meet the design requirements.
(2) The type, specifications and performance parameters of the circulating pump should meet the design requirements.
When the heat exchanger is installed in the equipment, the installation position is correct, the fixing is reliable, and the heat exchange surface is clean and intact.
(4) Equipment accessories (including liquid level gauges, pressure gauges, etc.), piping and valves are installed in the correct position, flexible movement, and accurate indication of meter.
