Daily Monitoring Method of Clean Laminar Flow Operating Room Environment
Release time:2019-08-01 source:
Clean laminar flow operating room is a high-speed operating room, which is also the key part of nosocomial infection control. The design and construction standards of clean laminar flow operating room are getting higher and higher. With the construction and development of modern hospitals, the construction of clean laminar flow operating room has been gradually popularized, but also to hospital environmental management has brought higher requirements. Therefore, the daily environmental management and detection of the clean laminar flow operating room should be carried out every day to ensure its effective and normal operation before and after operation. Next, Ed Purification introduces the daily monitoring methods of the clean laminar flow operating room.
1. Daily air monitoring methods:
It is required that the clean laminar flow operating room should be monitored dynamically. The necessary items are plate sampling (colonic sedimentation method) or sampling device (planktonic bacteria method) to detect the total number of bacterial colonies.
(1) Dynamic plate sampling method of return air outlet: 3-4 times should be sampled at the beginning of operation, 2 hours after operation and before the end of operation. In the middle of each return air outlet, three tilted 30 C, 90 Petri dishes were placed. After 30 minutes of exposure, 37OC was cultured for 24 hours. Standard: The average colony count per dish should meet the requirements of Table 4. The maximum value of a single dish should not exceed three times the average value.
(2) Dynamic sampler method: The detection of planktonic bacterial colonies should be carried out during operation, such as skin incision, suture, continuous operation and 4 hours of operation. At least three procedures should be selected to determine the total number of bacterial colonies. Standards: I < 30 cfu/m3; II < 150 cfu/m3; III < 450 cfu/m3; IV < 500 cfu/m3.
(3) The other clean rooms were tested at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on the same day. Three 90 Petri dishes were placed in the middle of each return air outlet. The Petri dishes were deposited for 0.5 hours and then cultured at 37 C for 24 hours. Standard: Sampling method standard of dynamic flat plate with return air outlet.
(4) Sampling times: According to the hospital management control standard of clean laminar flow operating room.
2. Surface contamination density monitoring methods:
(1) Sampling time: within 10 minutes after disinfection (all kinds of clean rooms, as static measured data), after operation in clean laminar flow operating room and at 10:00 a.m. in all kinds of clean rooms.
(2) Sampling sites: representative sites, each room surface not less than 2 points (such as operating table, table, lamp, etc.).
(3) Sampling and testing methods: According to the Hospital Disinfection Hygiene Standard (GB15982-1955)
(4) Standard: Same as the standard of dynamic flat-panel sampling method of return air outlet.
3. Static pressure difference monitoring method:
(1) Method: Instrumental determination.
(2) Instrument: liquid column micromanometer, minimum calibration 2Pa.
(3) Personnel: One person holds the test hose and checks it. One person operates the instrument.
A. Close the door: All the doors in the clean area should be closed, preferably guarded.
B. Measurement: From the cleanest room in the cleanest laminar flow operating room, the cleanest level is measured outward in turn. Every adjacent room that can be connected should be measured until the room that can be connected outdoors. One person should hand-hold the rubber hose in the room to be tested so that the orifice is 0.8m high and the end face of the orifice is perpendicular to the ground, avoiding the direction of airflow and eddy current zone.
C. Inspection: If the static pressure is too small, it is difficult to judge the positive and negative, it can be inspected on the outside of the door seam by the thread head and so on.
D. Regulation: If it is found that the measured pressure difference does not meet the requirements, it can be adjusted to re-test the tuyere or valve switch.
(5) Monitoring standards: I, II > 8 pa; III, IV > 5 pa; clean area > 10 Pa for non-clean area.
(6) Number of measurements: Inspect and keep records whenever necessary.
4. Relative humidity monitoring:
Summer: No more than two consecutive days > 60%, no more than two occurrences.
Winter: No less than 30% for 2 consecutive days. No more than two occurrences may occur.
Clean laminar flow operating room
In summary, the general clean laminar flow operating room has higher environmental requirements, so it is necessary to routinely monitor the bacterial concentration, static pressure difference and other indicators of the clean laminar flow operating room in order to ensure the normal safe and effective operation of the clean laminar flow operating room.
