The sign of the laminar flow operating room entering the commissioning stage is that the contractor has completed all construction and installation tasks of the laminar flow operating room in accordance with the contract documents and design documents confirmed by both parties, and has met the specification requirements through the intermediate acceptance, without any rectification work affecting the commissioning of the purification air conditioning system.
I. items to be confirmed before commissioning of clean air conditioning system
1. The cold and heat source equipment of the air conditioning system can be started and operated normally, and the hot and cold water with temperature, flow and pressure parameters meeting the requirements shall be provided according to the requirements of the air conditioning system of the clean operation Department;
2. The power supply for the equipment has been debugged and can supply power normally;
3. The water source for equipment humidification can be supplied normally;

4. The laminar flow operating room, air conditioning room, purification air conditioning circulating unit, clean air conditioning fresh air unit, clean air conditioning air duct system, water supply and return pipe system, condensate discharge pipe system and humidification water pipe system are all cleaned or pressure tested;
5. Refer to figure 1 for commissioning items of clean air conditioning system in laminar flow operating room.
II. Single unit commissioning of clean air conditioning system
(I) single machine debugging of the control cabinet of the strong and weak current integrated unit to check whether the power supply and current meet the requirements; whether the wire on the terminal is properly tightened; whether the electrical control components (MCB, AC contactor, thermal relay and intermediate relay) can be normally closed and disconnected; whether the PE line copper bar connection and N line copper plate connection meet the safety requirements; after power on, Whether the fan works normally; acx36.000 controller is mainly used to control the start and stop of the unit, check-in control, on and off of ultraviolet sterilization lamp, temperature and humidity control, fault alarm control, display, etc. Check whether the wiring of DDC controller meets the requirements, whether the control signal can be correctly transmitted through the manual operator after power on, and whether the communication with the intelligence panel is normal.
(II) single unit commissioning of PTC electric heater
After the control signal is given, whether the step-by-step opening and temperature protection are normal; adjust the set temperature to higher than the indoor temperature, and there is no hot water signal, the PTC electric heater will conduct step-by-step conduction according to the size of DDC control signal.
(III) single machine debugging of information control panel in laminar flow operating room
Whether the signal communication of the on / off of the remote control purification air conditioning unit is normal; remotely adjust the temperature and humidity setting value on the information panel, and observe whether the display on the DDC controller in the strong and weak current integrated cabinet of the machine room is consistent.
(IV) frequency converter commissioning
The frequency converter controls the power frequency of the blower motor to change the speed of the motor. Under the condition that the frequency converter is normal and AC380V power supply has been provided, the indicator light on the frequency converter is on green; if the red light is on or the red light is flashing continuously, it indicates that there is abnormal phenomenon in the frequency converter or the frequency converter accessories, the power shall be cut off for inspection. When the red light of the frequency converter keeps flashing, turn off the main power supply and power on again after the red light goes out. If the green light is on, it means normal, and if the red light is still on, it means that the frequency converter is faulty.

(V) single machine commissioning of electric control valve of air conditioning water system
1. After the control signal is given, whether the opening and closing of the electric water valve are normal, and whether the opening is consistent with the control requirements; adjust the set temperature to higher than the indoor temperature, and there is a hot water signal, and the hot water valve will automatically open the corresponding opening according to the size of the DDC control signal; in summer, the manual switch can be used to manually convert into the hot water condition.
2. Adjust the set temperature below the indoor temperature, and the cold water valve will automatically open the corresponding opening according to the DDC control signal.
3. Single commissioning of fire damper, electric airtight valve, double position electric constant air volume valve, check valve, multi leaf split manual control valve, air pressure sensor and differential pressure switch of air conditioning air system.
4. Electric control device: give control command, observe whether the switch status, opening and closing opening meet the requirements, and whether there is abnormal sound, heat and smell.
5. Manual control device: check the flexibility of opening and closing, and check whether there is stagnation.
(VI) single unit commissioning of humidifier
1. After the humidification signal is given, whether the opening degree of the humidification steam electric valve meets the requirements, whether the water inlet valve and drain switch work normally, and whether the PID proportional regulation accuracy meets the requirements; when the humidifier is powered on, adjust the set humidity to higher than the indoor humidity, the humidifier will enter water and humidify.
2. When the humidity is high in summer and the set humidity cannot be adjusted, just disconnect the return air humidity signal line, put the humidifier into operation, and recover the disconnected signal line after debugging.
(VII) single unit commissioning of clean air conditioning cycle, fresh air and exhaust unit
1. The rotation direction of the motor impeller is correct, the operation is stable, and there is no abnormal vibration and noise. The motor operation power shall meet the requirements of the technical documents of the equipment. After two hours of continuous operation at rated speed, the maximum temperature of sliding bearing shell shall not exceed 70; rolling bearing shall not exceed 80.
2. Inspection of fan rotation: in the "frequency conversion" state, when the fan rotation is opposite, change the phase sequence of the motor power line. In the "constant frequency / emergency" state, when the fan turns to the opposite direction, change the phase sequence of the main power incoming line of the power cabinet.
III. joint commissioning of clean air conditioning system under static state in laminar flow operating room
When the equipment in the clean air conditioning system has completed the single commissioning and meets the design and specification requirements, it will enter the joint commissioning. The joint commissioning mainly checks that the control and monitoring equipment of ventilation and air conditioning engineering can communicate with the detection elements and actuators of the system normally, the state parameters of the system can be displayed correctly, and the equipment interlocking, automatic regulation and automatic protection can act correctly.
(I) fire chain
When the fire damper on the air supply, return and exhaust pipes is closed, the unit will immediately close and send out an alarm signal.
(II) high temperature protection
In case of abnormal high temperature of the unit, cut off the power supply of the heater immediately.
(III) lack of wind protection
When the air volume decreases to a certain value due to loose belt or increased system resistance, all heating and humidification equipment shall be shut down.
(IV) antifreeze protection
In the cold north area, when the air temperature behind the surface cooler is lower than 5, the unit will stop automatically and send out an alarm signal.
(V) humidification linkage signal
The electrode humidifier can work only when the electrode humidifier is interlocked with the air supply unit and the air supply unit is running without air shortage.
(VI) humidification output signal
When the measured humidity is lower than the set humidity, the DDC controller outputs according to the internal control program, and the humidifier controls the humidification amount according to the output signal size.
(VII) hot runner of cold water valve
DDC controller outputs 0-10V refrigeration signal according to internal control program, and cold water valve controls cold water flow according to output refrigeration signal.
(VIII) hot water valve hot runner
DDC controller outputs 0-10V heating signal according to internal control program, and hot water valve controls hot water flow according to output heating signal.
(IX) return air temperature and humidity sensor
Measure the temperature and humidity on the return air duct, and provide operation room temperature humidity detection signal to the unit DDC controller.
(x) air supply pressure sensor
Detect the air supply pressure of the unit, and provide 4mA ~ 20mA air supply pressure detection signal to DDC controller.
(XI) fresh air dehumidifier
When the air temperature behind the cold water coil is in the range of 12-16 and the dehumidifier unit has no fault, the dehumidifier is put into operation.
(12) fresh air anti freezing electric preheating
When the coil is shut down in winter and the air temperature behind the coil is lower than 5, the anti freezing electric preheating is put into operation automatically.
(XIII) shutdown delay
During normal shutdown, the sequence is: close the humidifier, heater and water valve, and then close the fan and fresh air valve after a delay of 3 minutes.
(XIV) after the above items are normal, continue to start air blowing for 24 hours, and clean the wall, roof, ground, equipment, return air vent and ceiling of the clean operating room again
(15) install all kinds of filters and conduct filter leakage detection
(XVI) filter differential pressure alarm
When the coarse filter, medium efficiency filter and high efficiency filter are blocked, the alarm signal of cleaning and replacement will be sent out.
(XVII) air volume, wind speed commissioning, air change times pre inspection
