Joints: Transverse joints are not allowed in pipelines, and longitudinal joints should be as few as possible. When the bottom is less than or equal to 800mm, no longitudinal joints are allowed at the bottom.
Bite: Joint angle or corner bite should be used as far as possible. No button bite should be used for clean air ducts above grade 6.
Sealing: All bite seams, flange flanges and rivets must be coated with sealant to prevent air leakage; all kinds of sealing gaskets are strictly prohibited from painting the surface;
Reinforcement bars: not in pipe;
Flange: Screw holes should be set at the four corners, the hole spacing is less than 100 mm, and the bolts, nuts, gaskets and rivets should be galvanized.
Measuring holes: Cleaning and all kinds of measuring holes should be set up when the diameter of the pipe is more than 500 mm; Storage: cleaning with neutral cleaning solution after making, sealing with plastic film after drying for installation;
Removal and sealing: Only the sealing film of the pipe port is allowed to be removed during installation, and the port should be sealed again when the installation stops.
Cleaning: When air duct parts are installed, oil and dust on the surface should be removed, and the inner surface of the system should be wiped many times with materials that are not easy to remove fibers.
Leakage inspection: After installation of the system, air leakage inspection should be carried out before insulation. (Class 1-5 system is implemented according to the regulations of air duct of high-pressure system, Class 6-9 system is implemented according to air duct of medium-pressure system). Light leakage detection can be carried out with low-pressure illumination lamp greater than 100W. Light leakage points of low-pressure system are not more than 2 in every 10-meter joint, and 16 in every 100-meter joint are qualified on average; light leakage points of medium-pressure system are not more than 1 in every 10-meter joint. The average number of qualified places per 100 meters is not more than 8.
5 Requirements for installation of high efficiency filters
Installation of high efficiency filters is also the key to clean room construction.
