1. Working state of clean room

For example, under static conditions, the cleanliness reaches the standard, but under dynamic conditions, it exceeds the standard. These are the basic test items, which include the main and auxiliary test items. These projects should be consistent with the standards and parameters of the preliminary design of the clean room zui, and the test certification should be completed before the clean room is handed over to the owner. Of all the test items, four main items (filter wind speed and uniformity, filter installation leak detection, differential pressure and cleanliness) are important and basic for zui. It must be completed before the equipment enters the clean room. Other auxiliary test items such as airflow parallelism (only applicable to one-way flow clean room), temperature, humidity, illumination, noise also need to be completed, because they are related to the movement and environmental parameters of air in clean room. 4. Clean room certification report
In the construction unit, the tester must submit a detailed test report and conclusion after the owner and the third party inspection organization have completed the inspection of the clean room (including the part of re-testing).
