Construction instructions of clean ventilation in dust-free room
Release time:2019-08-30 source:
I. Equipment
1. All purchased equipment shall meet the design parameters of the dust-free room.
2. Installation, commissioning and operation of the equipment must meet the requirements of the relevant provisions and relevant specifications in the product specification.
II. Requirements for Clean Air Control Workshop Sites
Closed, clean, lighting, lighting conditions are good, and try to rely on the installation site and away from residential and office places.
III. Materials
1. The material of air duct is galvanized steel plate. The thickness and processing method are determined in accordance with the Regulation for Acceptance and Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering (GB50243-2002).
2. Carbon steel materials such as air duct reinforcement materials, flanges, connecting bolts and rivets should be galvanized, and core-pulling rivets should not be used. Flange rivet hole spacing should not be greater than 100 mm; flange bolt hole spacing should not be greater than 120 mm to ensure tight connection.
IV. Brackets
1. All horizontal or vertical air ducts must be supported, suspended or bracketed, and selected according to the site conditions on the basis of the principle of firm and reliable assurance. Detailed information can be found in the National Standard "Code for Acceptance and Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Engineering".
2. The expansion bolt is used to fix the air duct support hanger with the floor or wall. The distance between the air duct support hangers is not more than 2.5-3.0m.
3. Purification air duct should be cleaned according to cleanliness grade. Sealant or other sealing measures should be taken at the cracks of bite joint, rivet joint and flange flange flange flange flange.
V. Air duct
1. Clean air duct can not be connected in blue, and S-type, right-angle horizontal and vertical joint angle inserts shall not be used.
2. The air duct and insulation board are bonded with special glue, and the joint of insulation board is sealed with special tape. The insulation material should be closely connected with pipes and fittings. Especially, the insulation of elbows, tees and valves should be well done. The insulation of various valves and flanges on the water pipe should be disassembled separately for maintenance.
3. When the bending radius of the rectangular elbow is less than 0. (A is the long side size of the rectangular duct) or R is less than 200 mm, the guide vane should be installed.
6. Air Valves
1. When installing adjusting fittings such as control valves and butterfly valves, attention must be paid to installing the operating handle in the easy-to-operate part and reserving enough maintenance space.
2. Before installing the air valve, the appearance quality and the flexibility and reliability of the action should be checked first, and the qualified air valve should be installed again.
VII. OTHER
1. Pipeline elevation in construction drawings is the bottom elevation of the pipe; in horizontal section, the straight pipe and the different diameter pipe are kept flat at the bottom; in vertical section, the diameter and the different diameter pipe should be concentric.
2. The support and hanger materials should be galvanized in the clean area, and no anti-corrosion brushing treatment is needed.
3. All pipes need to pass the pressure test before they can be painted and kept warm.
4. When the system is flushed, all valves should be opened, and the drainage valves which are sent back to the main water pipe should be opened, and then the system should be flushed.
5. Unfinished matters must be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code for Acceptance and Acceptance of Construction Quality of Ventilation and Air Conditioning Projects.
6. The scope of construction shall be subject to the contract.
