Standard for acceptance and inspection of clean workshop
1、 Detection of cleanliness of clean workshop purification project
1. Clean air conditioning system shall be operated continuously for at least 24 hours before measurement.
2. The measurement shall be carried out under static state, and the tester must wear clean clothes.
3. The test instrument is laser dust particle counter, model y09-a.
4. The height of the measuring point is 1 ~ 1.2m from the ground.
5. Determine the number of measuring points. According to the relevant national standards, the minimum number of sampling points is NL = a0.5, where a is the area of the dust-free room (㎡),
According to the calculation, the minimum sampling point is NL = 38, and 87 sampling points are designed for this acceptance. For specific sampling points, please refer to the plan of cleanliness testing points.
6. Each sampling time of each measuring point is 1 minute, each point is tested 3 times, and the average value is taken. The average dust concentration is qualified if it meets the cleanliness level of 10000.
2、 Detection of indoor noise in clean workshop
1. The noise measuring instrument is a digital sound level meter, generally only a sound level is measured.
2. The measurement position is 1.5m high from the ground. See the noise detection point plan for the test point position.
3. All points ≤ 65dB (a) are qualified.
3、 Detection of temperature and humidity in clean workshop
1. Clean air conditioning system shall be operated continuously for at least 24 hours before measurement.
2. For the requirements of constant temperature and humidity, according to the requirements of temperature and humidity fluctuation range, the measurement should be carried out continuously for 8-48 hours, and the interval time of each measurement should not be more than 30 minutes.
3. The test point shall be 1-1.5m away from the ground, staggered, and more than 0.5m away from the external wall surface.
4. Measuring points: according to relevant specifications, the area is ≤ 50 ㎡, and the number of measuring points is 5. For every 20-50 ㎡, 3-5 points are added. 130 sampling points are designed for this acceptance.
5. The test instrument is a hygrometer or a bar alcohol thermometer.
6. If the deviation value of more than 90% of the measuring points is within the design parameters, the test is qualified.
4、 Detection of indoor illuminance in clean workshop
1. Test with illuminance meter (tes1330a).
2. The plane of the measuring point is 0.8-1.0m from the ground, arranged at a distance of 2m, and the distance between the measuring point and the wall shall not be less than 1.0m. See the plan of illuminance detection points for the test points.
If more than 90% of the measurement points are within the design value, the inspection is qualified.
