1. The air-conditioning system of clean operating room in hospital has the characteristics of large load, stable load, ventilation rate determined by cleanliness, temperature and humidity control requirements, etc. The traditional purified air conditioning system is a primary return air system. In order to control temperature and humidity, the air supply needs to be reheated after passing through the surface cooler, resulting in a certain energy loss. In order to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system in clean operating room of hospital, heat pipe heat exchanger can be used to pre-cool the mixed air supply and preheat the low-temperature air supply after surface cooler to reduce the reheating energy consumption.
2. The heat pipe consists of evaporation section, insulation section and condensation section. When one end of the heat pipe is heated, the liquid in the wick absorbs external heat and vaporizes rapidly, flows to the other end of the heat pipe under a small pressure difference, releases heat to the outside and condenses into a liquid. The liquid returns to the heating section by means of the capillary suction force of the metal mesh attached to the wall, and then is heated and vaporized again. In such a continuous cycle, heat is transferred from one end of the heat pipe to the other. Because heat pipe uses working fluid phase change to heat transfer, and its internal thermal resistance is small, it has the characteristics of large heat transfer capacity with small temperature difference, simple structure and good stability.
