Registration conditions:

Documents required for tender application:
1. Introductory letters and business licenses (duplicates);
2. Certificate of legal person or power of attorney of legal person, identity card of principal and employment contract of labor;
3. Qualification certificate (duplicate);
4. Production safety license;
5. Registered Constructor's Certificate and Safety Assessment Certificate of the Person who intends to participate in the tender of this project;
6. Five membership certificates and security personnel's safety assessment certificates;
7. The performance of similar projects completed in the past 24 months by our unit (including the bid winning notice, construction contract, construction drawings and completion acceptance certification materials), but without written certification materials, any two of the above materials. Copies of all the above documents (with the official seal of the unit) will be left after checking the original documents.
8. Possessing the professional contracting qualification of building decoration and decoration engineering awarded by Provincial Construction Department (> inferior grade), or the professional contracting qualification of air purification engineering (> 3 grade);
9. Has the professional contracting qualification of mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering awarded by Provincial Construction Department (> Grade 3);
10. Having the safety production license issued by the provincial construction department;
11. The qualifications of the proposed project manager shall not be lower than the second level.
12. Pressure Pipeline Design Certificate issued by Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Department;
13. Certificates of installation, transformation and maintenance of special equipment issued by provincial quality and technical supervision departments can be certified. The categories and levels of installation, transformation and maintenance are: GC class, GC class 3 or above.
If a construction unit finds errors in design documents and drawings in the course of construction, it shall promptly put forward opinions and suggestions.
Article 29: Construction units must inspect building materials, structural fittings, equipment and commercial concrete in accordance with engineering design requirements, construction technology standards and contract agreements, and the inspection shall have written records and personal signatures; those that have not been inspected or failed to pass the inspection shall not be used.
Article 30: The construction unit must establish and improve the inspection system of construction quality, strictly manage the working procedures and make a good quality inspection and record of concealed works. Before concealing a concealed project, the construction unit shall notify the construction unit and the construction quality supervision institution.
Article 31: The construction personnel shall, under the supervision of the construction unit or the project supervision unit, take on-site samples of the test blocks, specimens and related materials related to structural safety and send them to the quality inspection unit with the corresponding qualification level for inspection.
Article 32: Construction units shall be responsible for repairing construction projects with quality problems in construction or those that fail to pass the acceptance and acceptance of completion.
Article 33: The construction unit shall establish and improve the education and training system and strengthen the education and training of the staff and workers; those who have not received education and training or failed to pass the examination shall not be allowed to work on their posts.
