(1) Flange gaskets should be made of materials with good elasticity, air-tight and dust-free. It is strictly forbidden to use latex sponge, foam plastics, thick cardboard, asbestos rope, lead oil, linen and felt paper with open holes and dust-prone materials. The thickness of the gasket depends on the elasticity of the material, generally 4-6 imn. A pair of flange gaskets shall have the same specification, performance and thickness. It is strictly forbidden to paint on the sealing gasket.
(2) Flange gaskets should minimize joints. Joints are ladder-shaped or entrance-shaped, and sealed with sealant. When the gasket is wiped clean, the glue is glued to the flange and no swelling or collapse is allowed. After the flange is evenly pressed, the inner side of the sealing gasket should be equal to the inner wall of the air duct.
(3) The tightening moment of the paired flanges on the air duct should be the same, and there should be no uneven tightening after installation.
(4) The air ducts and their components which are cleaned, packed and sealed shall not be disassembled before installation. When the sealing film of the port is removed during installation, the joint shall be connected immediately; if the installation stops in the middle, the port shall be re-sealed.
(5) When installing parts such as air valves and mufflers, oil and dust on the inner surface must be removed.
(6) Sealing measures shall be taken for the gap between the shaft and the body of the air valve. The surfaces of all parts of the valve (including outer frame, movable parts, fixtures and connecting bolts, nuts, gaskets, etc.) shall be chrome-plated, galvanized or sprayed. The surfaces of the blades and seals shall be flat and smooth, and the opening angle of the blades shall be marked clearly.
(7) After installation of air duct in purified air conditioning system, air leakage should be checked before insulation. When the design has specific requirements for air leakage inspection and evaluation criteria, it should be carried out according to the design requirements. If there is no specific requirement, it should be carried out according to the level of cleanliness according to the relevant provisions.
(8) The material that can not easily remove fibers should be used to wipe and purify the inner surface of air conditioning system.
(9) The outer surface of the insulating layer should be flat, sealed, free of cracking and relaxation. When the air duct in the clean room has the requirement of heat preservation, the metal protective shell should be made outside the heat preservation layer. The outer surface of the protective shell should be smooth and dust-free, easy to wipe, and the seams must be sealed. During insulation construction, holes and bolts shall not be opened on the wall of the air duct, and the tightness of the system shall not be destroyed. Thermal insulation measures for air valves and sweeping holes shall not hinder the opening of valves.
(10) The size of the air outlet of the filter must meet the design requirements. Before installation, the air outlet of the filter should be cleaned, installed and replaced in the clean room, and the seam between the flanging of the air outlet and the ceiling plate should be sealed. Before installing and replacing the air outlet of the filter in the technical interlayer, the short pipe should be embedded in the civil construction. If there is a crack between the short pipe and the ceiling, it must be sealed. The damaged coating on the tuyere surface shall not be installed. The tuyere should be connected with the air duct immediately after installation, and the opening end should be sealed with plastic film and tape.
