Biological Clean Room
Detailed introduction:
Biological clean room refers to the clean room in which microorganisms in the air are the main control objects. Biological clean rooms are divided into general biological clean rooms and biosafety clean rooms (also known as biosafety laboratories).
General biological cleanroom mainly controls the contamination of operating objects by living particles. Its wall material should be able to withstand the erosion of various sterilizers, generally maintaining positive pressure inside. Its application fields include pharmaceutical enterprises, food enterprises, disease control centers, medical units (clean operating room, preparation room, sterile allocation room, etc.), laboratory animal rooms, related scientific research and teaching experiments, etc.
The biosafety laboratory is also called the biosafety clean room. In addition to controlling the contamination of living particles to the operating objects, it also requires controlling the contamination of the operators and the surrounding environment by the potentially harmful operating objects. Therefore, it is more important to control the pressure difference in biosafety laboratory and keep the negative pressure inside. It can be used in the analysis of bacteria and viruses, gene recombination, vaccine preparation and other biological engineering.
