COMPARISON OF SEVERAL COMMON MATERIALS FOR DECORATION AND FINISHING OF CLEAN OPERATION ROOM
Clean operating room decoration includes floor, ceiling (ceiling) and wall (partition) as well as supporting facilities (medicine cabinet, instrument cabinet, anesthesia cabinet, viewing lamp, automatic door, air supply ceiling, return air outlet, etc.). This paper only compares several common materials and typical construction methods of floor, ceiling and wall of operating room in our country.
2.1 Comparison of Ground Materials
There are many choices of floor decoration materials, such as glazed tile, terrazzo, epoxy resin, PVC coil and rubber coil, which are commonly used in clean operating room decoration. The comparison of floor decorative materials is shown in Table 2.
From the comparison of Table 2, it can be seen that ceramic tile has weak impact resistance, cracks and does not conform to GB50333-2002, terrazzo, epoxy resin and rubber flooring are all in line, but maintenance is difficult; from the economic performance, the cost of rubber flooring is too high, so from the technical performance and economic indicators, the best floor decoration material is PVC. 2.2 Material comparison of ceiling
The hanging ceiling (ceiling) decorative materials often have the following choices in the decoration of medical and technological departments of hospitals. The comparison is shown in Table 3.
Table 3 shows that the sandwich color steel plate, electrolytic steel plate and anti-bacterial paint meet the requirements, but due to the restriction of economic level, it is difficult to popularize electrolytic steel plate and anti-bacterial anti-fouling paint in large areas of hospital interior decoration. Therefore, from the technical performance and economic indicators, the best ceiling material is sandwich color steel plate.
2.3 comparison of wall (partition) materials
In hospital decoration, there are fewer kinds of wall (partition) decorative materials, which are commonly used as follows. The performance comparison is shown in Table 4.
Table 4 shows that the sandwich color steel plate is the best material for wall decoration among the comprehensive technical performance and economic indicators.
