The 100,000-grade purified electronic workshop is generally applicable to electronic instruments, computer rooms, semiconductor factories, printing factories, automotive industry, aerospace industry, photolithography, computer manufacturing and other industries. The main air return mode used in 100,000 class dust-free purification workshop is:
1. The lower part of the unilateral wall is provided with a return air outlet.
2. When the corridor return air is used, the return air outlet is evenly arranged in the corridor or centralized at the end of the corridor.
Air velocity of air supply outlet (m/s): 1. orifice orifice 3-5; 2. side air supply orifice 2-5; (2) non-attached jet return air 1.5-2.5 at the lower part of the same side wall and 1.0-1.5 at the lower part of the opposite side wall. Regulations on Working Environment of 100,000 Class Dust-free Cleaning Workshop
When there is no special requirement for temperature and humidity in 100,000 class dust-free workshop, it is better to wear clean work clothes and not to feel comfortable. The temperature is generally controlled at 20-22 in winter, 24-26 in summer, and the fluctuation is (+2). In winter, the humidity of clean room is controlled at 30-50%, in summer, the humidity of clean workshop is controlled at 50-70%. Distribution: The general illumination value of the main production rooms in clean rooms (districts) should be (> 300Lx); the illumination value of the auxiliary studios, personnel and material purification rooms, air lock rooms and corridors should be 200-300Lx.
Indoor air parameter requirements
1. Large fresh air volume. Due to the large number of personnel in such workshops, the following maximum values should be taken according to the following values: 10-30% of the total air supply in non-unidirectional flow clean rooms; the fresh air quantity required to compensate for indoor exhaust and maintain positive indoor pressure; and the fresh air quantity per person per hour should be more than 40 m3/h.
2. Temperature and Humidity Requirements: Temperature is usually 24+2 degrees, and relative humidity is 55+5%.
3. Large air supply capacity. In order to satisfy the cleanliness and heat-moisture balance in the dust-free workshop, the demand for larger air supply capacity is 300 square meters of workshop with ceiling height of 2.5 meters. If it is 10,000 grades, the demand for air supply capacity is 300*2.5*30=22,500 m3/h (air exchange times, is more than 25 times/h); if it is 100,000 grades, the demand for air supply capacity is 300*2.5*20=15,000 m3/h; if it is 100,000 grades, the demand is 300*2.5*20=15,000 m3/h./ The air supply capacity of H (the number of ventilation is (> 15 times/h).
Requirements for structural materials of 100000 level electronic workshop:
1. Clean room walls and roof materials are generally made of 50 mm thick sandwich color steel plates and special alumina profiles for purification. The door is purified and sealed, and the window is fixed with aluminium alloy glass.
2. The floor adopts epoxy self-leveling or high-grade wear-resistant plastic clean floor.
3. Galvanized sheet steel is used for cleaning ventilation pipeline, and "PEF" flame-retardant insulation board is used for insulation.
