Secondary heating in the system is necessary for temperature regulation and humidity control in the clean workshop. The heat medium of secondary heating is mainly hot water, because hot water is easy to adjust and has high control precision when it is used as heat medium. Hot water should be used as heat medium when the temperature accuracy is less than (+1). Steam can also be used as heat medium when temperature control requirements are not strict or precise.
When the temperature control precision of factory building is very high (e.g. <+0.5). When the control precision of single-use secondary heating is difficult to achieve, fine-tuning and fine-control electric heater can be installed on the air duct. When using electric heater, the necessary safety protection measures should be taken. On the one hand, the electric heater should be grounded, and there should be protection without wind or power failure, on the other hand, it should be widely used. The air duct of one meter before and after the electric heater must be insulated by non-flammable insulation material (such as rock wool or glass wool).
