(4) When designing ventilation system in clean room, the pressure loss of the system should be minimized. When the total volume and pressure loss of the ventilation system are large, it can be divided into small systems.
(5) The flow rate of air in the pipeline of clean room should not be too high in order to avoid causing regenerative noise. The flow rate in the pipeline should be determined according to different requirements and relevant regulations.
