A. Construction preparation
1 Material requirements:
1.1 Iron Distribution Box: The box body should have certain mechanical strength, the surrounding surface should be flat and undamaged, the paint should not fall off, the thickness of the second floor should not be less than 1.5mm, but the flame retardant plastic plate should not be used as the second floor. The various appliances in the box should be installed firmly, the wires arranged neatly, the pressing should be firm, should be the products of two fixed-point factories, and have the product certificate.
1.2 Galvanized materials include angle steel, flat iron, iron sheet, machine screw, bolt, washer, round screw, etc.
1.3 Insulated conductor: The type and specification of conductor must meet the design requirements and have product certificate.
1.4 Other materials: electrical instruments, fuses (or fuses), terminal boards, insulating nozzles, aluminium sleeves, card frames, soft plastic pipes, wood brick nails, plastic tapes, black rubber sheets, rust-proof paint, ash paint, soldering tin, flux, electrodes (or carbide, oxygen), cement, sand.
3. Operating conditions:
3.1 With the civil structure, reserve the installation location of the dark assembly box.
3.2 When the iron frame or bolt is embedded in advance, the wall structure should pop up the horizontal line of construction.

B. Operating Technology
1. Installation requirements of distribution box:
1.1 Distribution boxes shall be installed in safe, dry and easy-to-operate places. When the distribution box is installed, the distance between the bottom outlet and the ground is generally 1.5m, 1.2m and 1.8m. The distance between the bottom outlet of the open watt-hour meter board and the ground should not be less than 1.8m. In the same building, the height of the same kind of disk should be the same, and the allowable deviation is 10mm.
1.2 Bullet Line Location:
According to the design requirements, locate the distribution box, and locate the bullet line according to the size of the box (disc). The purpose of the bullet line location is to find out the embedded parts more accurately when there are pre-embedded wood bricks or iron pieces, or to locate the metal expanding pipe bolts.
1.3 assembly box (box):
The fixed distribution box of the iron frame straightens the angle steel, measures the size, draws the saw line, cuts and bends, drills and welds. When bending, use square ruler to find it, then use electric (gas) welding to weld the seam firmly, and make the embedded end into swallow tail, then rust removal, brush anti-rust paint. When the iron frame is buried, attention should be paid to the straightness and the distance between holes. The iron frame can be stably grouted after accurate measurement by line drop and horizontal ruler. The distribution box can be installed after the cement mortar solidifies.

The method is to find out the exact location of the fixed point and drill with electric drill or percussion drill at the fixed point. The diameter of the hole should just bury the expanded tube part of the metal expansion bolt into the wall, and the hole should be straight and not inclined.
1.4 Distribution Box Processing:

The wire behind the disc should be arranged neatly and tied in bundles. When pressing the head, the conductor should be allowed a proper margin, and the core should be cut out and pressed firmly one by one. However, multi-strand wires need a crimping terminal. For vertical discs, the panel should be fixed first after opening, and then wiring.
2. Fixing of distribution box:
2.1 When fixing open assembly box on concrete wall or brick wall, two ways are adopted, namely, concealed distribution pipe, concealed distribution box and open distribution pipe. If there is a junction box, first clean up the debris in the box, then straighten out the wires, distinguish the branches and phase sequence, and tie them into bundles according to the branches. When the box (plate) is located, lead the conductor end to the box or plate, exploit the conductor end one by one, then press the PE protective ground wire on the appliance one by one, at the same time press the PE protective ground wire on the obvious place, and adjust the box (plate) to be straight and fixed. After the installation of the panel with more electric appliances and instruments, the instrument should be used to check whether there are any errors, adjust correctly and then send the electricity to the test station. The card in the card frame will be filled in and numbered.
2.2 When fixing the distribution box on the wall of wooden structure or light steel keel guard board, reinforcement measures should be adopted. If the piping is laid in the guard wall and there is a hidden junction box, the box mouth should be level with the wall. Fire protection treatment should be done at the wooden guard wall. Fire protection paint or lining with fireproof material can be applied. In addition to the above requirements, the relevant fixed methods are the same as above.
2.3 Fixing of dark assembly box:
According to the size of the reserved holes, the elevation and horizontal dimensions of the box body are first found, and the box body is fixed, then the surrounding area is filled with cement mortar and smoothed, and then the disk and face are installed after the cement mortar solidifies. If the bottom of the box is even with the outside wall, the metal mesh should be fixed on the outside wall before plastering the wall. No plastering on the bottom of the box. Installation disk surface should be flat, the surrounding clearance should be even and symmetrical, the face (door) should be flat, not skewed, and the screw should bear even vertical force.
2.4 Insulation shaking:
After all the electrical appliances of the distribution box are installed, the insulation of the line is measured by 500V megawatt-hour meter. The rocking projects include between the phase line and the phase line, between the phase line and the neutral line, between the phase line and the protective ground line, and between the neutral line and the protective ground line. C. Quality standards
1. Major projects:

2. General items:
Distribution box should be installed in the right position, complete components, suitable box opening (strictly prohibited by electric welding, gas cutting and other ways of opening, but should adopt hydraulic opener hole, one tube and one hole), the incision is neat. D. Protection of finished products
1. After installation of distribution boxes, protective measures for finished products should be taken to avoid rubbing and dirty appliances and instruments.
2. When installing boxes (panels) panel (or facing), attention should be paid to the protection of wall tidiness.
