Determination of Air Distribution and Air Distribution Rate in Clean Operating Room
According to GB 50333-2002 of "Technical Specification for Building of Hospital Clean Operating Department", the wind speed of one-way flow section of Class I clean operating room is 0.2-0.3m/s; the ventilation times of Class II clean operating room are 30-36 times/h; the ventilation times of Class III clean operating room are 18-22 times/h; and the ventilation times of Class IV clean operating room are 12-15 times/h. "Standard" also gives the minimum fresh air volume of operating rooms at all levels. The minimum fresh air volume of Class I clean operating room is 1000 m3/h; Class II and III clean operating room is 800 m3/h; Class IV clean operating room is 600 m3/h.
(1) For all levels of operating rooms, the concept of dilution and purification of the whole room has been broken through, and the idea of local intensified purification has been introduced. The air supply outlets of all operating rooms are centralized on the top of the operating bed, that is, "laminar air supply box" centered on the shadowless lamp suspender, and different sizes of air supply sections are adopted according to different levels.
(2) For class 100 or 1000 operating rooms, the air volume is determined by multiplying the area covered by the air flow in the clean room by the cross-sectional air velocity in the air supply area. If the 1000-class operating room of this project adopts air supply laminar flow box covering area of 2.4m *2.4m, cross-section velocity of 0.35m/s, so the air supply capacity is 7258m3/h. If it is a 100-class operating room, the coverage area of the air supply laminar flow box is 3.0m x 3.0m, and the cross-section velocity is still 0.35m/s, then the air supply capacity is 11340m3/h, which is only 40% of the calculation method of the industrial clean room mentioned above. When the cross-section wind speed is 30.35m/s, if the return air outlet is properly set up, not only can the supply air maintain a better one-way flow pattern, but also its one-way flow diversion height will be less than 0.6m, that is, the diversion height is lower than the operating surface elevation of the operating bed.
(3) For 10,000 and 100,000 operating rooms, the air supply rate is determined by the method of ventilation times. For 10,000 operating rooms, the air supply rate is n=30 times/h, and for 100,000 operating rooms, the air supply rate is n=20 times/h. Although this ventilation frequency is the lower limit value stipulated in the Code, the concentration of bacteria in the operating area is 50% of that in other areas of the room, which means that the air pollution in the operating area is reduced from 1 of the whole room dilution and purification mode to 0.5 of the locally enhanced air supply mode because of the use of the laminar air supply box above the operating bed. The "laminar air box" air supply area of the 10,000-class and 100,000-class operating rooms in this project is 2.4 m *1.2 m and 1.5 m *1.5 m respectively, and the air velocity of the air supply section is 0.35 m/s.
