② Check whether the air valve in the air duct is open, so as to avoid subjective judgment error during commissioning.
③ When the fan is used for the first time, check whether the rotation direction of the fan is correct. The air volume ratio when the fan is reversed is obviously smaller than that when the fan is rotating forward. For example, reverse the electric wire position of the two phases.
④ After the normal operation of the water circuit, open the vent valve on the water pipe of the heat exchanger and close it after the air is drained.
⑤ When the unit is running, the system shall be adjusted reasonably to control the water temperature difference and running current within the specified value
⑥ Do not remove the wall panel when the unit is running.
⑦ The freezing water temperature of the unit in summer shall not be less than 4 ℃, the hot water temperature in winter shall not be more than 65 ℃, and the water temperature shall be more than 80 ℃. ⑧ The heat exchanger of the unit shall be filled with water during the non service period to reduce the corrosion of copper pipes.
