5. The non barrier air purification device shall not be used as the final purification facility, which shall not produce harmful gases and substances, electromagnetic interference, or biological variation.
6. Anti corrosion treatment shall be carried out on the shaft and parts surface of the air valve. The shaft end extending out of the valve body shall be sealed, the blade shall be flat and smooth, the opening angle of the blade shall be marked, and the fixing of the regulating handle shall be reliable.
7. The metal parts in contact with the circulating air in the purification air conditioning system and clean room shall be rust proof and corrosion-resistant, and the exposed parts of the metal parts that have been surface treated due to processing shall be treated with surface protection again.
8. Air conditioning equipment should be placed in a spacious place rather than in the open air.
