And keep the arrow on the outer frame of the filter consistent with the air flow direction. When it is installed vertically, the fold of filter paper shall be perpendicular to the ground.
6. When the sealing between the high efficiency filter and the frame generally adopts the methods of gasket, self-adhesive, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing and double ring sealing, the packing surface, filter frame surface, frame surface and liquid tank must be wiped clean. The thickness of the gasket shall not exceed 8mm, and the compression ratio shall be 25% ~ 30%. The joint form and material shall meet the design requirements, and there shall be no leakage at each joint of the frame. When using double ring sealing strip, do not block the hole on the ring cavity when pasting the seal; both double ring sealing and negative pressure sealing must keep the negative pressure pipeline unblocked.
7. At present, most filters in China are installed by gasket method. Because sponge rubber plate is closed hole type and has good air tightness, it is generally used as sealing material. If necessary, it is better to apply a little glass glue evenly on the sealing strip. When connecting the filter and the static pressure box, the stress around should be even. After 24 hours, the glass glue is dry before running the purification system.

2. When it is arranged on the side of the static pressure box, it can be arranged on one side or the opposite side. The full distribution ratio of the side filter shall not be less than 0.75. The air flow in the static pressure box shall be fully mixed.
3. When restricted by floor height and indoor maintenance not allowed, the air supply surface with leakage resistance function can be used to arrange the filter outside the static pressure box, but it should be as close to the static pressure box as possible, and the air flow in the static pressure box should be fully mixed; the full distribution ratio of clean air flow should be less than 0.85.
4. For clean areas lower than level 100, when the air supply outlets are arranged centrally, the final stage high-efficiency filter in the air supply outlets can be arranged centrally or dispersedly, but the air supply surface must be provided with a current sharing layer.
5.
