II. Requirements for cleanliness in dustless production workshops
How to achieve cleanliness in dust-free workshop? 1. Keep proper positive pressure (> 0.5mmAq) in dust-free workshop to prevent air leakage in clean system. Before personnel, equipment and raw materials enter the dust-free workshop, they should do a good job of cleaning, wiping and other dust-proof work, and properly manage and set up air filters.
2. Preventing indoor dust generation: Pay attention to the correct selection of dust-free workshop materials, such as partitions and floors; dust prevention of manufacturing equipment, production automation and non-gathering of personnel, management of clean clothing, use of special equipment for dust-free workshop, etc.
3. Indoor dust does not accumulate: the wall should be smooth without dead corner, dust-free workshop should be regularly maintained and cleaned, and there should be space around the process equipment.
4. Dust should be removed immediately.
