3 wallboard system
Including the installation of all wallboards and their accessories in the construction area
4 door and window system
4.1 Gate: All doors in the construction area include materials and installation of automatic doors (including hardware and other auxiliary materials), except those not within the scope of work indicated in the drawings of the construction area.
4.2 Window: Material and installation of all windows and their accessories in the construction area
4.3 Material and installation of air shower room
5 floor system
5.1 The overhead floor and its auxiliary materials in the construction area are not within the scope of work.

6.3 Clean equipment, including: air shower room, residual pressure valve, etc.
6.4 All material handling and finished product protection
6.5 The pillars in the clean area of the construction area are wrapped up to the upper ceiling.
7. Secondary design assistance and adjustment in the whole construction area
According to the specific technical specifications and performance characteristics of their products, the bidders make suggestions and adjustments on the secondary refinement design scheme under the conditions of meeting various process pipelines and conventional water, electricity and gas installation in the clean room. Including but not limited to:
7.1 Secondary suspension system includes design proposal of diagonal brace, anti-sloshing and anti-swing structure, stress calculation, etc.
7.2 The layout of ceiling, including secondary layout of upper ceiling and ceiling grid, including centralized layout of tuyeres, sprinklers, lamps, detectors, etc.
7.3 Wallboard including secondary layout of doors and windows
7.4 The second design proposal of overhead floor is not within the scope of work, but the second design of overhead floor contractor should be coordinated to ensure the integrity of the whole clean room.
7.5 Space management:
Spatial management of lower interlayer, including secondary detailed design proposal for elevation and orientation of all professional pipelines and design of common support to assist in adjustment
B. Space management, including secondary detailed design proposal for elevation and orientation of all professional pipelines
7.6 The secondary design proposal must ensure the unity and integrity of the whole clean room and be responsible for the implementation of the secondary design proposal after approval.
7.7 The proposed scheme of secondary refinement design can not be constructed until it has been approved by the design institute.
7.8 Costs incurred for the proposed scheme of secondary design are not listed separately. Bidders shall consider themselves in their bidding quotations.
