The distinction between clean operating room
     Operating room should be strictly divided into a restricted area (sterile surgical rooms), half a restricted area (pollution surgery room) and a non-restricted zone. Three design which separates two: one for the distinction between a restricted area and half limit provided in two parts on different floors, this design thorough hygiene isolation, but need two sets of facilities, additional staff, management inconvenience; two as in the different sections on the same floor of restricted zones and non-restricted zone, in the middle of a semi-restricted zone transition, equipment sharing, the design and management more convenient.

Restricted Area include sterile surgical room, bathroom, sterile rooms, storage rooms and other drugs. Semi-restricted zone including emergency surgery operating room sometimes contaminated, equipment dressing preparation room, anesthesia preparation room, sterilization room. Non-restricted zone set up the locker room, plaster room, among specimens, among sewage treatment, anesthesia recovery room and the nurse's office, medical staff lounge, a restaurant, a surgical patient's family lounges. Duty room and the nurse's office should be located near the entrance.
