2. Cleaning tools and products required
(1) Cleaning room vacuum cleaner
(2) Clean paper, dust-free cloth
(3) Deionized water

Cleaning requirements
(1) When cleaning the walls of clean rooms, clean room dust-free cloth should be used.
(2) Dispose detergent with 90% deionized water and 10% isopropanol;
(3) Use of approved detergents for clean rooms;
(4) Check the garbage bins in the workshop and the whole room every day and remove them in time.
(5) Vacuum every floor. Each shift should be completed on a map, such as where to end and where to start.
(6) Special mops should be used on the floor of clean rooms.
(7) Special vacuum cleaners with high efficiency filters should be used in cleaning rooms.
(8) All doors need to be checked and cleaned.
(9) Wipe the floor after inhaling. Wipe the walls once a week.
(10) Vacuum and wipe under the overhead floor.
(11) Rub the pillars and support pillars under the overhead floor once every three months.
(12) When you work, you must remember that you always wipe from top to bottom, from the farthest place to the direction of the door.
IV. Cleaning procedures for clean rooms
(1) Change special anti-static clothes, wear hats and masks, and enter the clean room after dust removal through the air-bath dust-collecting passage.
(2) Prepare cleaning tools and supplies and place them in a designated place, then start cleaning.
(3) Collect the ground rubbish and arrange it from inside to outside according to the production line.
(4) Dump and clear the garbage in the garbage bin and the garbage in the garbage bin on time and carry out inspection. After strict classification according to the regulations, the garbage can be transported to the designated garbage house for classification and placement after inspection by the production line manager or security guard.
(5) Use clean paper or dust-free cloth from top to bottom to clean indoor glass, walls and shelves.
(6) Use clean dust pushing from inside to outside to carefully push dust on the ground and keep it clean. The ground has rubbish, dirt, water marks and other timely clean with dust-free cloth.
(7) Clean up the floor under the production line, workbench and chair by using the rest and dining time of the production line staff.
(8) Regular cleaning of ceilings, air conditioning outlets, ceiling lamp partitions and under elevated floors, cleaning procedures and materials must be approved by the Ministry of Plant Affairs, and the use of holidays and work breaks as planned.
(9) The surface waxing of the clean room should be carried out strictly according to the plan and the cleaning procedure, and anti-static wax must be used.
(10) After the cleaning work is completed, all cleaning articles should be received in the designated cleaning room and stored differently from ordinary tools to avoid cross-contamination and put in a neat and orderly manner. They should not be randomly placed in the clean room.
Notes
(1) Must discard the bulky head mask, face mask, beard mask, shoe cover and latex gloves, and must never be used again.
(2) Staff dress and preparation requirements.
(3) No personal items, such as coats, hats, wallets and keys, are allowed.
(4) Employees should replace clothes and accessories aimed at causing pollution.
(5) Employees should wear dust-free room hoods, gloves, rabbit leather clothes and socks. Damaged or contaminated blouses or gowns should be replaced immediately. Dress should conform to the prescribed dressing procedure.
(6) No ordinary mats, notebooks, manuals or writing boards are allowed; no ordinary pencils, pens, erasers, crayons or chalks for writing are allowed; no ballpoint pens or other non-dust-producing appliances are allowed on similar paper such as notebook, velvet paper or plastic paper; and no blue line marks, specifications or other instructions are allowed. Plastic film, cotton wool or other non-dust-producing appliances shall be coated.
