For example, the humidifier, such as water spray, wet film and high pressure spray, is characterized by large humidification and low investment cost, while the relative humidity control accuracy is poor. However, the measured outdoor relative humidity in these years is sometimes only about 30%. Therefore, the humidification capacity of the clean workshop built and operated is insufficient, and the indoor relative humidity is low, which can not meet the design requirements. Some factories add moisture film or spray to the original air conditioner for the sake of convenience and saving money to add humidification. However, contrary to our wishes, not only can we not add moisture, but also saturated water will soon become condensate, which can not achieve the purpose of humidification. Because the wet film and high-pressure spray are equal enthalpy humidification process, the air conditioning before humidification must be heated to a certain temperature before humidifying. It is not feasible without heating.
Another problem that should be paid attention to in humidification is the problem of air flow carrying water in air conditioner. In some projects, the problem of carrying water in humidification has not been properly handled. As a result, the medium-efficiency filter and even the high-efficiency filter behind have been wetted by the water carried. For dry steam humidifier, attention should also be paid to the slope and slope of steam pipe and condensate pipe, so that condensate water can be quickly discharged outside the air conditioner. If the humidifier is located in the fan section of the air conditioner, measures should also be taken to avoid condensation water dropping on the motor, resulting in short circuit power failure of the motor.
