2. Fresh air volume: As there are many people in this kind of clean and dust-free workshop, the following maximum values can be chosen according to the following values: 10-30% of the total air supply volume in non-unidirectional flow clean and dust-free workshop; the fresh air volume required to compensate for indoor exhaust air and maintain indoor positive pressure; and the fresh air volume per hour of indoor person should be guaranteed to exceed 40 m3./ H.
3. Large air supply capacity. In order to satisfy the cleanliness and heat-moisture balance in the dust-free purification workshop, a larger air supply is needed. For a 300 square metre workshop, the ceiling height is 2.5 metres. For a 10,000-grade dust-free purification workshop, the air supply volume needs 300*2.5*30=22500 m3/h (the number of air exchange is more than 25 times/h); for a 100,000-grade dust-free purification workshop, the air supply volume needs 300*2.5*30=22500 m3/h (the number of air exchange is more than 25 times/h). In the workshop, the air supply capacity needs 300*2.5*20=15 000 m3/h (the number of ventilation is more than 15 times/h).
