Noise Measurement Method and Control Standard of Clean Workshop
Release time:2019-09-29 source:
Factory clean rooms not only have strict requirements for indoor air cleanliness, but also have certain national standard parameters for the noise of operating environment. Because the clean workshop is a relatively closed and depressed environment, if the noise is not properly controlled, it is easy to cause the deterioration of workshop staff and production environment.
Factory Clean Workshop
I. Noise Qualification Standard for Clean Room
According to the requirements of the design code of clean workshop, the noise of clean room with one-way flow should be less than 60 dB (A) and that of clean room with one-way flow and mixed flow should be less than 65 dB (A).
2. Noise Measurement Method in Clean Room
When the area of the room is not more than 50_, only one point is measured; when the area of the room is larger, every 50_is added to a measuring point; the measuring point is 1.0m away from the ground; when conditions permit, it is appropriate to measure the noise and background noise of the static working condition of the room.

3. Noise Control in Clean Room
The formulation of clean room noise standard mainly considers the annoyance effect of noise, the interference of voice communication and the influence on work efficiency. Domestic research on the impact of noise on health shows that general industrial noise below 80 dB (A) has little effect on health.
The research on noise standards of clean rooms abroad began in the 1960s. Federal Standard 209A in 1996 and revised 209b in 1974 stipulate that "noise control in clean rooms shall be within the comfort and safety limits of personnel when necessary calls may be made to meet operational or product requirements". In the draft ISO/DISI4644-4 standard, it is stipulated that the appropriate sound pressure level should be selected according to the back pressure level of the environment (such as other equipment) required by the comfort and safety of people in clean rooms. The sound pressure level of the clean room ranges from 40 to 65 dB (A).

IV. Noise Control Standards in Design Specifications for Clean Workshops
The noise level of clean room (empty state), non-unidirectional flow clean room should not be greater than 60 dB (A), unidirectional flow and mixed flow clean room should not be greater than 65 dB (A).
Low noise products should be selected for all kinds of equipment in clean rooms. For equipment whose radiated noise value exceeds the allowable value of clean room, special sound insulation facilities (such as sound insulation room, sound insulation cover, etc.) should be set up.
The plane and section design of the clean workshop should take into account the requirements, and the maintenance structure of the clean room should have good sound insulation performance, and make the sound insulation of each part close to each other.
When the noise of purified air conditioning system exceeds the allowable value, sound insulation, noise elimination and vibration isolation should be adopted. The exhaust system of clean room should be designed to reduce noise besides accident exhaust.
According to the requirement of indoor allowable noise level, the main air duct should be selected as follows: 6-10m/s; branch air duct with supply and return air outlet is 2-5m/s; branch air duct without supply and return air outlet is 4-6m/s.
The above is about the noise control of factory clean workshop. I hope today's sharing will be helpful to you.
