3. Assembling and installation of aluminium profiles: install the assembly of adjustable ground rails according to the lay-out position on the ground. The ceiling assembly adopts all-wire suspender, T-nut, square regulator, link screw, etc. The connection between keel and suspender is fixed by T-screw. The hanger rod is fixed and locked in the groove of the C-type keel by screw.
4. Leveling and aligning bar elevation: using laser positioner to adjust and adjust on-site rail and ceiling regulator.
5. Aluminum profile fixing: After leveling horizontally, the upper and lower rails are locked with screws and the upper nuts of the regulator are locked.
6. Installation of color steel plate: the color steel plate seam is even and straight, the wallboard gap is not more than 3 mm, the roof gap is not more than 5 mm, the color steel plate must be flat, the surface smoothness is not more than 1 mm, the wall verticality is not more than 1 mm/1m; the roof must be installed strictly according to the design elevation, and the allowable deviation of the elevation is (+1 mm/1m).
7. Hand side of inner and outer arcs: no collision or scratch is allowed on the inner and outer arcs, and the flatness is not more than 1mm/1m.
8. Tearing and gluing: The protective film on the coloured steel plate is completely torn off and no residue is allowed; all seams are filled with sealant, and the sealant filling must be uniform, flat, smooth and one-time moulding.
9. Hygienic cleaning: After all working procedures are completed, a thorough hygienic cleaning will be carried out.
